Wu Mingjiang said that in recent years, the state has attached great importance to accelerating the localization of high-end medical devices. Relevant government departments have strengthened top-level design, built a production-demand communication platform, promoted interactive exchanges between production, academia, research, and medical science, and made scientific and technological breakthroughs, so that a batch of core equipment and key components can be localized, and the market share of some domestic medical devices is effective Promote. Practice shows that my country's medical device industry has great potential for development in the field of high-end products. Therefore, it is recommended that national major special projects and key research and development plans, as well as strong foundation projects and intelligent manufacturing special projects, increase joint research on key technologies, core components, control systems and software of key medical devices, break through technical bottlenecks, and create conditions for independent innovation. At the same time, strengthen the industry's basic and important engineering technology research, and strengthen the industrial application engineering technology research and service capacity building of special manufacturing equipment, testing equipment, process technology, reliability research, stability research, etc. required for the mass production of medical devices.

Wu Mingjiang also suggested that the government should increase government investment, establish and improve a comprehensive evaluation system for product standards, testing standards, and clinical applications, and encourage companies to formulate and implement manufacturing process control standards, product and service standards that are higher than national and industry standards; build third-party testing The platform and government supervision-related databases provide technical support for production, use and supervision.
