Service Content


1. Technical consultant service
Whenever a problem occurs during the use of the system, a technical engineer will provide technical services to determine the solution in time and restore the system application as soon as possible;

2. Failure analysis and processing:
Maintenance engineers complete the problem analysis of the failure through remote analysis and positioning, and formulate feasible solutions based on the analysis results, or contact and coordinate the corresponding suppliers to ensure the timely processing of the problem;

3. Spare parts guarantee 
technical service of the spare parts library will compile a plan for the preparation of spare parts according to user requirements and maintenance needs to ensure the needs of maintenance work. The company provides guarantee services for user equipment and other key components, and provides spare parts for key equipment components. If it is detected that the equipment is faulty and cannot be repaired immediately, the spare parts will be directly replaced. The company provides faster service response and technical and spare parts support services to improve work efficiency and ensure the high availability of user equipment.
